THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager and as the Lead EHS point of contact for Writech, you will support Writech in improving its EHS performance. You will also lead and coordinate the activities supporting Writech with EHS coordination, ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Minimum 1 year experience in an EHS role.
- Minimum 3years’ experience working across multiple construction sites.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
- Full clean Irish driving licence.
- Solid knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Batchelors Degree in Occupational Safety & Welfare at Work.
- Mental Health First Aid Certified.
- Manual Handling Train the Trainer or similar Qualification.
- Fully responsible for all Health, Safety & Wellbeing policies, processes, and procedures.
- Working with the Management teams to ensure Writech is fully compliant on all EHS regulatory and customer requirements.
- Implement and coordinate EHS internal audits and inspection programmes to demonstrate compliance with regulation, standards, and procedures.
- Attend site safety meetings and conduct safety audits on sites.
- Manage EHS & Wellbeing improvement actions that are applicable to all sites.
- Monitor, evaluate, and initiate actions to eliminate incident frequency, focusing on workforce and management engagement.
- Ensure EHS incidents are effectively reported, investigated and actions implemented in accordance with regulatory, Customer and Writech requirements.
- Conduct and continually review compliance training gap analysis and organise training courses including the evaluation of these courses.

THE ROLE
To support the Financial Controller and perform a variety of accounting, raising and processing invoices. Reconciliation of customer / supplier accounts and processing payments and credit control. Monitoring daily communication and answering queries from customers / suppliers. Updating databases with relevant information. Month End Reporting, Intrastat, VIES & VAT returns. Department reconciliation along with updating and maintaining procedural documentation (SOP’s) and attending weekly finance meetings.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Excellent accounting and strong numerical skills.
- Experience and a thorough working knowledge of all elements of MS Office particularly Word, Excel, and Excel formulas.
- A thorough working knowledge of the Sage 50 accounting package.
- Experience of accounts reconciliations.
- Proven ability to process large volumes of invoices and payments accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to build good strong relationships with customers.
- A knowledge of RCT / CIS.
- Excellent communication skills and be a good team player.
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail and extremely organised.
- ATI Diploma or equivalent is desirable , but not essential.

THE ROLE:
Service Technician is based in the Service Department in JEM. It is a busy department responsible for servicing and maintenance, breakdowns and emergency calls therefore quick reactions and efficient working is essential. The role involves significant interaction with our servicing personnel, suppliers, customers and group companies. This position is demanding with a large cross section of responsibilities. You will be Servicing Firepumps in and around the Midlands, South Wales, Worcester, Bristol,Bath and the Swindon areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:

1 Year Mechanical Experience (Preferred)
1 Year Electrical Experience (Preferred)
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
You must be fluent in English.

Must be able to stay away from home Monday to Friday as required and work overseas ‘on shore’
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
Experience working as a mechanical and/or electrical contractor.
Experience of working on fire suppression equipment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete the following ‘on site’ activities on firepumps and associated equipment.
Scheduled servicing
Fault investigation, diagnosis and rectification
Existing equipment isolation and removal from site & re-installation
New equipment installation and commissioning
Workshop stripping and overhauling of firepumps and associated activities
On time completion and submission of site reports, inspections questions and work orders.
Be available to participate in and out of hours on call rota.

As a Revit Technician, you will work closely with our high-profile client base to produce detailed Revit drawings for fire protection sprinkler systems. You will assist the design team in creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings for Electrical and Mechanical installation work, ensuring that all drawings adhere to the highest quality standards and procedures. You will also assist in updating and revising drawings based on feedback from the Operations and Installation teams. This role involves maintaining project documentation and supporting the team in meeting project deadlines and client expectations.

- Design fire protection sprinkler systems for high-profile clients.
- Produce REVIT drawings for Electrical and Mechanical installation work.
- Ensure that standards are adhered to and that drawings produced are of the highest quality, all in accordance with Q.A. procedures.
- Creating Hydraulic Calculations using industry-approved software.
- Planning project programs/scheduling.
- Preparing submittals.

This role will be based out of UK (Manchester office). Our installation crews attend sites across UK, Ireland and Europe. and then will work on our sites with an experienced Foreperson and crew to carry out mechanical installation tasks – installing pipework, fittings etc. Travel allowance to site is provided by the company.
